Q: I have my bill; where do I find my account
number?
A: Your account number is located in the top right
hand corner of your bill.
Q:
How do I register my account online?
A: Please have your account number and e-mail address
handy. You will need to have access to your e-mail
shortly after you start the registration process.
Go to our website, www.laurenselectric.com. Click
on Pay Online option. This option is located in
the top right hand corner. Once you click on this
option the Log in screen will appear. Toward the
bottom on the screen in small print you will see,
If you have not registered before then you
will need to register now. Please click on
Register. You will need to enter your account number
and e-mail address. This is a two-step process for
security purposes. Once you enter in your account
number and e-mail address a screen entitled Registration-Step
1 will appear. This screen will notify you an e-mail
will be sent to you. This e-mail will ask you several
questions (your account number, password, to confirm
your password, and your mothers maiden name.)
Please use a password that you are familiar with
or something that will be meaningful to you. This
will make it easier for you to remember your password.
Once you complete this e-mail your login will be
activated and you will have access to your account.
Q:
What if I do not get the e-mail for account registration?
A: If you have not received the e-mail from customercare@laurenselectric.com
within a few minutes please check your junk mail
or deleted items folder. Several e-mail carriers
recognize our e-mail address as spam and automatically
delete the e-mail. If the e-mail is in your junk
mail or deleted items please open the e-mail and
complete the steps.
Q:
How long does the registration process take and
when will I have access to my account?
A: The registration process is very quick. Once
you have completed the steps you will have immediate
access to your account.
