Customer satisfaction survey score highest yet

Laurens Electric Cooperative improved last year’s high score in customer satisfaction, scoring an 89 for customer service on the 2007 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). The electric utility industry average was 72.

The customer satisfaction survey continues to show an extremely high degree of satisfaction among Laurens Electric residential customers when compared to electric utilities in this state and across the country.

Completed in April 2007, the survey measures customer loyalty, experience, and expectations on the national level.
