We provide dependable priority service and expert repair on every covered appliance, on every call. There's never more than a $10 fee for a service call. We also include a $10 on-time appointment guarantee. ProTec stands behind this guarantee and we will always do our best to assure your complete satisfaction.

Residual Value
The Guaranteed Residual Value Program gives you credit up to $150 toward the purchase of a new unit in the event the covered appliance needs to be replaced because the cost of servicing it exceeds its value.
