How do I get an alarm system?

Simply call our 800 number and schedule a time for a representative to come out at your convenience for a free Life Safety Evaluation.

How much will it cost?
You tell us how much you want to pay, we make a recommendation, and you decide. We have effective packages for those on a tight budget.

What about a warranty?
All systems come with a 2-year warranty on parts and labor.

Who will install my system?
ProTec Security employs highly trained technicians who will install your Home Security System.

What if I move?
We offer a 'Free Move Pledge' that says if you are moving to another location in the Upstate, we will remove your system and re-install it at your new home. If you are moving to another state, simply call a local SecurityPro Dealer to install your system.

How long will it take to get service?
We provide 24-Hour Same-Day Service.

Will I be monitored by a third party as with most companies?
NO! We own and operate our own UL - approved Central Station located locally in Greer, SC.
