Service on Security Lights
If you need to report a problem with a streetlight,
please contact customer service to create a service
order to have someone come out and repair your street
light. The expected time frame to complete this type
of service order is 3 4 working days, weather
permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please
know that we will be out as soon as possible to repair
your light.
It is helpful to our service personnel if you tie something
around the pole of the streetlight in need of repair.
We ask each member to mark that light before we come
out to the location.

If you need to add an additional streetlight to your
property, please contact customer service to create
a service order. One of our engineers will contact you
when they receive your contact number. They will call
ahead of time and set up an appointment time that is
convenient for you.
Our service members will need to know where you would
like the streetlight placed, if you want underground
or overhead service, and if they need to set an additional
pole. The price varies for each of these circumstances.
It is best to have the engineer meet with you on site
to determine the best option for you. The engineer will
discuss any upfront fees and monthly charges for the
installation and maintenance of your street light.
Please note that when you sign a Street Light Contract
you agree to keep the streetlight for 5 years.
