Apply for Service
When applying for service, it is helpful to have pertinent
information ready BEFORE applying. For a list of information
we will need to begin your service, and for specification
stats, go to http://www.laurenselectric.com/R_ApplyServ.html.
Disconnect Service
When disconnecting service, it is important to let the
customer service representative handling your call know
if there is more than one meter at the location to be
disconnected. Also, you should inform the customer service
representative if there are one or more security lights
at the location to be disconnected. For more information

Transfer Service
In order to establish service in your name you will
need to call into the office. Laurens Electric Cooperative
does not transfer service. However, we do offer the
option to check your credit in order to reduce your
deposit. The total cost can range from as little as
ten dollars to our maximum deposit of two hundred dollars.
